1. Appointments and Cancellations

• All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online, or in-person.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation fees.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the session fee.

2. Payment and Insurance

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance claims with approved providers.
• It is your responsibility to verify coverage and benefits with your insurance company before treatment.
• Insurance reimbursements are your responsibility; we provide receipts upon request.
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

3. Consent to Treatment

• By receiving treatment, you consent to physiotherapy and acupuncture procedures performed by our licensed practitioners.
• You acknowledge that treatment outcomes may vary and no guarantees are made regarding results.
• You agree to provide full and accurate health information, including any changes in your condition, medications, or allergies.
• You have the right to ask questions and refuse or stop treatment at any time.

4. Health and Safety / COVID-19 Policy

• Kinetic Care follows strict hygiene protocols to ensure patient and staff safety, including regular sanitization and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• You agree to inform us if you have any symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your appointment.
• Please do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell, have a fever, cough, or respiratory symptoms.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if safety concerns arise.
• All patients must comply with clinic health and safety policies while on premises.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Your personal and medical information is kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• Information collected is used solely for treatment, billing, and administrative purposes.
• Your information will not be shared without your consent unless required by law.

6. Liability

• Kinetic Care and its practitioners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatment.
• You agree to follow all practitioner instructions, including home exercises or self-care recommendations.
• If you experience adverse effects or worsening symptoms, please contact us immediately.
• Treatment is provided at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Updated versions will be posted on our website and available upon request.
