We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of the session charges will apply. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or sudden illness, at the clinic’s discretion.
If you miss an appointment without providing notice, a no-show fee of the session charges will apply. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
